I’m the person you bring in when a messy business problem needs to become a working AI system in production — fast, and at a fraction of the bill you’d expect.
Not the algorithm purist. Not the deepest researcher in the room. I’m the operator who knows which model to pick, which tool to reach for, and how to get the thing live this week — without breaking what’s already shipped.
I won’t sell you an AWS bill you don’t need. I know AWS, GCP, and Azure inside-out — but most of my production work runs on Hetzner VPS with Coolify, self-built and self-orchestrated end-to-end. Cost-effective architecture isn’t an accident — it’s the choice.

Four principles, every project.

Generalist over specialist
I pick the right model, the right tool, the right shortcut. Not the most fashionable, not the most expensive — the one that fits.

Ship this week
Bias for shipping the smallest useful thing. Measure it. Iterate. Long roadmaps without a live system are wasted months.

Cost is architecture
Every workflow gets routed to the cheapest model that does the job. Every host runs on the cheapest infra that meets the SLA. £800/mo became £30/mo this way.

End-to-end, by me
I scope, design, build, deploy, and observe. No handoffs to a "team of four" you didn't budget for. Hetzner + Coolify + 40 containers, all self-orchestrated.
